After a rocking good Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur in Colorado Spring, I've returned to the state of red rocks -Nil sine numine (Nothing without G-d's Will), as the state motto goes.
Enjoy the pictures from my arrival by clicking on the link.
When I left Crown Heights the winter storms had just struck the North East . . .
For some time I've been accustomed to not sleep the night before a morning flight . . . It just always works out that by the time I've packed and 'finished' my day, the new one is about to start -this trip was no different, save a brief nap on my couch (a very comfortable one at that -anyone who wants to crash at my place is more then welcome to use it), I ran on the energy (err pressure, whatever) of catching my flight. It works out better that way.
Before falling asleep on the plane I snapped this picture of the rising sun over a clouded New York.
After a two hour layover in Houston (where many of the gentiles approached the Rabbi with the mysterious black boxes on his head for information, and blessings) I arrived in Colorado Springs . . .
Enjoy the shots of the gorgeous sunset that evening
. . . and the lighting of my menorah tonight (along with the other bochurim helping me)
More, G-d willing, to come!

Beautiful pictures!
Thanks! I figured that you'd love them . . .
I'm surprised it came out so well myself. The trick is to do it with out flash and to hold it at an angle where it won't reflect in the glass.
wonderful pictures
Too bad jpix closed; seems like nobody is willing to take up the challenge.
Thanks! I'm rather busy nowe, but if it's still down by the time I'm free, I'll give it a shot for one/
