Shlichus is the crown of the Rebbe, Buchorim are his Children . . .
It is there for to our great sin that the precious time when these two moments meet, is squandered . . .
It is sin whose onus falls on all three parties -The yeshiva sending the Bochurim, the yeshiva on the receiving end, and the bochruim caught in the middle.

Besides what is addressed therein, it is also pertinent to mention an additional abuse . . . Perhaps the one that brings out the issues mentioned in the above article:
The cult of the "system" . . .
There are two ways that one can relate to his time in Yeshiva -to use Chasidisher Shprach - Derech Ma'aver and Derech Hislabshus, we can take advantage of the stage where are at, or we can feel that we are only there to be on the way out . . .
The only way to have true Hatzlocha in the 'system' -is to come to the realization that there is no system. As long as our views a limited, measured by what is going to come and when we'll get something done with, then the effort put in will be just that -limited.
We must live with the here and now . . . .

All of this pales, however, with the abuses of the other two parties . . .
