The fast days. Black- 9 Av; white- Y"K. Him- Tzom Gedalya; her- Taanit Esther. Hot- 17 Tamuz; cold- 10 Tevet.
And the one missing, I'd assume, is taanit b'chorot- which, if you're not a b'chor- is "not to be".
This may not be correct- I'm chancing it- but my previous comment (hey, cool, I got here first!) definitely is.
Actually, I think "all but one not to be" means that all of them except for Yom Kippur will be cancelled when Moshiach comes (now!)
If you want to tell us what street you moved to go ahead otherwise who cares.
