A touristy picture.
Not really touristy. If it were, he'd have taken a photo of the Big Silver Bean to his right or perhaps of the digi-artwork that's there!
No local would take such a picture.
What do I care if you Chicago types don't care for the nice things in your city?!
I'm not making any value judgments. I merely noting the facts.

i live in israel and then more i look at the pictures of usa then more i realise that few districts in israel is just smaller and less beautiful version of usa. this picture remins me of ramat-gan...
