The letters of our thoughts are the ideas present in our mind before they come to realization . . . Thoughts that are, yet not felt . . . The words of the subconscious . . . of the soul . . .

These are the LETTERS OF MY THOUGHTS.

Picture of the Week 61

A door in Cusco

And David said unto Gad: 'I am in a great strait; let us fall now into the hand of the LORD; for His mercies are great; and let me not fall into the hand of man.'

One door opens, as the other closes.
Some stay locked, while others were never even latched.

The mud bricks have baked and cracked -formed from the primordial earth, mixed with growing straw, and piled by the ephemeral hands of man.

Look inside and you will see . . . It beckons to be opened, but dare I? Dare you?

Brown mud drips down fresh white wash, but the blue of my soul calls out from chipped paint.

Thousands come together, the cry and scream -the speak and judge. Emptiness remains even emptier when spoken -waves of air.

I put it there, I don't know what it is -but please take it.

I stand in a hall, I want to close those doors behind me, to stay clear of the pitfalls within. Just open the right one that leads down my path.

Please . . .

The voice of my beloved knocks on the door,

"Open to me my sister, my beloved, my dove and my perfection"

Please.

Looks like it could be in Tzfas or Tverya with the dark blue doors. I'm not one of those who believes a Marrano is lurking in every corner in Latin America but is this blue common over there or considered lucky in any way?

If so there could be a Jewish connection.

-Leora: Thanks!

-Itzhak: In Pre-Colombian society blue was a special color -so I doubt it has any Marrano connection.

Beautiful, as always. The colors are so vivid, almost dripping with fresh blue paint.
